Greater than a 12 months after Microsoft first disclosed plans for it, a USB-C dongle for Floor gadgets is able to come to market.
Citing a Microsoft spokesperson, The Verge says that the Floor USB-C dongle for Floor Professional and Floor Laptop computer gadgets can be available to business customers on June 29 for $79.99. (I requested Microsoft officers to verify this report; no phrase again but.)
There isn’t any out there data as to when Microsoft will launch the dongle to shoppers or when it’ll make the dongle out there by way of retail.
Up to now, Microsoft’s only Surface device which includes a built-in USB Type-C port is the Surface Book 2. The approaching USB-C dongle is anticipated to plug into the Floor Join port and supply Floor customers with the power to cost gadgets by way of USB-C and/or connect with USB-C peripherals.
